Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

✅ Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
✅ Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
✅ The returned product must successfully pass our warehouse quality inspection.
✅ Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a 7-Day Size Exchange for eligible products.

✅ Exchange is available for size-related issues.
✅ Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement.
✅ If your requested size is unavailable, our support team will assist you with the best possible solution.
✅ Exchange will be processed only after successful quality inspection.

Refund Policy

❌ Refunds are not available for size issues, color preference, design preference, fabric preference, or change of mind.
✅ Refunds will only be considered if a replacement cannot be provided for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product passes quality inspection.
💳 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or any other approved payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

❌ Sale or discounted products.
❌ Customized, personalized, or made-to-order outfits.
❌ Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup stains, damage, or alterations.
❌ Products returned without original tags or packaging.
❌ Returns requested due to personal preference, including color, design, fabric, or style.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@vayaticouture.com with your order number, reason for the request, and clear product photos (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, we will share the return instructions and shipping address.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to us.
After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it before approving the exchange or eligible refund.

Quality Inspection

Every returned product undergoes a thorough quality inspection.

✅ Products meeting all return conditions will be approved for exchange or eligible refund.
❌ Products that fail the quality inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Late Refunds (If Applicable)
